Yuck and Good.

Hello All!

So, Yuck…A great way to start off a blog entry I know, but it is the way I have been feeling a lot lately. I just don’t feel like my life has been going anywhere. In high school, I was a different person that what Knox has changed me too. At Knox, I feel like I am in cluster-fuck all the time! I cannot be involved at all…I want to have music and art in my life, but I cannot I have chemistry. I think that perhaps…Idk anymore that I choose a school way to hard for me…that it could have been good to go an “easy” school.  I wish that Knox had like a support system for this…supposedly teachers are supposed to understanding, but no.

Besides my shittyness good things have been happening! Feb 1 = the marriage of Adam and Amanda! She is my only female cousin! I was the reader at my wedding, I felt very blessed to be in this position. I was so nervous when it actually came to the day even though I have done the readings at weddings like a million times. I think that I looked pretty good for the wedding even though my mom wasn’t very happy with my haircut. Elise had just cut. I think it looks good. 

Also, I just found out that I get to do some really fun research with Larry next term! I am so excited…It is going to be awesome! I cannot believe it actually. I am so happy. Also, I have ONE more biology class left! YES! I hate biology…ugk.

I really also, want to state how much I am in love with David Sedaris right…If you like dogs and humor you should check out his latest bit on This American Life, Episode 154. Very funny. Especially if you are a college student.

Starting to Diet…

So,

I think that it has come again to start back on that terrible thing called dieting YUCK. I hope that it will go OK. After do much scientific research(haha…no!). I have decided to use the old spark people method it should be cool. I hope. I think that I have realized being and school and doing the whole being healthy things is dam hard. I mean when you are not in school eating healthy is like a million times easier. You have no idea. At least at my school. The sucks. It is sort of like would you like your fried grease served on wheat or white bread or would you like salad with a side of lettuce? You make think that I am just joking, but no. It is a real problem. Doing some planning for an upcoming trip. I think that I am going to head to Latin America. I really haven’t decided where though…I was thinking Brazil or Argentina. I really want to go Machu Picchu but who knows what all is and isn’t going to be able to happen.

So…

I am thinking about try to figure out how to make the blog look more original. I really like the black on white but I think that it would be cool to make all the colors like sort of retro? Does anyone have any ideas?

Who am I?

So, I guess the idea of this blog stuff is that it is supposed to be about you..Who am I? Seems an appropriate way to start things off. I am majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry and Spanish. I guess thats sums me a little bit in the academic side of life. I am getting ready to start an Honors project using Circularly Polarized Luminescence. I hope that this is going to be an awesome….I am actually REALLY excited about. I think that other side of thing I have really diverse interest. I am really into Politics even though I could never be a Political Science major…take that for what it is…I do a lot of movie watching especially if it comes to from before say 1970. I think thats where all the true great ones can be found. Some much of what comes out now-a-days is such shit. I also really like musics. I don’t really have a favorite genre, but bluegrass, alternative, and jazz come easily to mind. I like to read even though here at Knox I don’t get to do much of that…I am really interested in traveling and the various experiences that are associated with it… As far as sports go I have little interest in them I do like soccer and baseball the most. I don’t really get into football at all…I think that it is dumb. I am really into photography also…I wish that I could just spend all day taking photos.
